GotoRisk allows for increased employee engagement with the ability to deliver interactive quizzes and training events to be recorded and reported using SCORM compliance functionality.

Learning Management User Access and Functionality

GotoRisk allows for multiple sites to be managed within the singular system application whilst providing visibility of these within a view for all sites.

Each of the organisation(s) learners can be managed from this view and as the system is web-based, this can be accessed from any location or device allowing for full reporting and auditing functionality of any location at all times.

Users are assigned one of 3 roles within the application – Admin, Supervisor, Colleague:

Admin Role

The Admin role enables access to the full functionality of the system, making changes to the organization structures, amending colleague information and reporting. Bulk user upload facilities and profile assignment are also available to these users.

Supervisor Role

The Supervisor role provides managerial functionality within the solution such as approving course requests, assigning and providing development opportunities.

Colleague Role

The Colleague role is for standard users.

Course allocation

Courses are to assigned to a profile and a profile to a user making course assignment easier, and ensuring that the right people are doing the right course(s) at the right time. This functionality enables a user to have multiple profiles assigned to them whilst ensuring that courses which are duplicated are only assigned once.

Profiling ensures that all colleagues are provided with the relevant course(s) appropriate to their role, or can be assigned as part of a development program without the need to manage individual user courses where this isn’t necessary.

Compliance and Performance Based Learning

As part of the user management functionality, the Learning Management System (LMS) captures various key compliance related details which can be reported upon for equality and human rights purposes as well as compliance reporting. This information is secure and only accessible to the administrator(s) of the application, but provides a quick and easy reporting facility for regulators or authorities as required.

In addition, colleague skills, and working patterns can be managed so that any assigned courses are aligned and made available during working times, thus minimizing potential noncompliance of learning due to attendance.

Learning and SCORM Compliance

Our LMS allows for various aspects of learning to be captured allowing for a singular management solution of e-learning, class room-based courses or continued professional development.

The LMS is 2004 SCORM compliant ensuring that the capture of user completion and scoring is available for all users, allowing for auditable development and compliance levels. Any combination of these learning types can be assigned to a profile, and these to a learner providing a singular multi-dimensional view for management reporting.
